This time of the year, I always look forward to hitting the beach, soaking up the sun, sipping a mixed drink and enjoying the nice breeze. If I don’t have that, a cute little cupcake that reminds me of that will do! Baked these lovelies for my best friend’s birthday. One of her favorite flavors is the Chocolatey Lady in Red. She loved them!
