My Dad’s birthday just passed and I wanted to make him some Texas Ranger themed cupcakes since he has been a huge Rangers fan for many years. Living in Texas all my life, I have also grown to become one too and with the recent runs they have made to the World Series, they have struck popularity around the US. It is baseball season again, so I thought it was only appropriate to whip up some of these cupcakes for him.
