Can’t choose between chocolate & vanilla? Then don’t! I made these cupcakes for some friends of mine. I wanted to add some variety to the decorations. Some are topped with mini chocolate chips & the others are topped with chocolate sprinkles. Experimented by making these with a vanilla cream cheese frosting instead of a vanilla buttercream. I was very pleased with the end result look & taste!
