I love cherry pie during the holidays so I thought it was fit to make a cherry pie cupcake for Thanksgiving this year. We took our vanilla bean cupcake, Heavenly Vanilla, added some delightful cherries on top & used our vanilla buttercream to decorate the top like pie crust. Voila, we have a cherry pie cupcake!
